I have sent an email on September 9, 2018. It is now September 25, 2018. They said they were going to respond within 48 hours. It has been 384 hours or 16 days since I have sent an email. Also someone closed my thread for being a joke. How is it a joke.

Unfortunately there is only a single person manning the customer service, and they are busy with university. Please be patient.
If it were possible we would have more staff members reply to customers, but Freshdesk accounts cost money, and as Scripting Helpers is a free service it is difficult for us to collect the necessary funds.
